After The Gold Rush by: Neil Young
First Press Stereo Reprise 1970
We love this record! Don’t Let It Bring You Down means a lot to me personally. It’s also got Southern Man and After The Gold Rush. The album was apparently inspired by a screenplay of the same name. Neil Young was asked if he could write music for the movie and this record came out of that. The movie was supposed to be about an apocalyptic event that happens in the hippie community of Topanga Canyon. It was never made tho, too bad, I would have liked to have seen it. The album is still rad.
Vinyl is visually VG but plays really well. Cover is in great condish. Includes a 20.25" x 22.75" foldout lyrics sheet, not pictured.
